Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy describes Excurcion.com’s practices regarding cancellation and refunds for all products sold on our websites, mobile applications, email and text messages, and social media accounts (the “Platforms”). When you use the Platforms, you agree to the terms in this policy.

How to Cancel a Reservation

You may request changes or cancel your reservations at any time by contacting Excurcion.com's Customer Service via Email or by calling 011 (507) 6279-8219 Panamá or 001 (763) 515-8004 US.

Cancellation Fee & Refund

  • All cancellation dates/times will be based on the accommodation provider’s local date/time.
  • If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of your reservation then your full reservation amount will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee of the value of the reservation being cancelled.
  • If you cancel within less than 7 days of the reservation then your full reservation amount will be refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee of the value of the reservation being cancelled.
  • If you cancel within less than 24 hours of the reservation then your full reservation amount will be refunded minus a cancellation fee for the amount of any accommodations that take place within the next 24 hour period or a 25% cancellation fee of the value of the reservation being cancelled, whichever is greater.
  • If you cancel after check-in time of the reservation then your full reservation amount will be refunded minus a cancellation fee for the amount of any accommodations that have already past and that take place within the next 24 hour period or a 25% cancellation fee of the value of the reservation being cancelled, whichever is greater.
  • If there’s a no show and the reservation has been guaranteed with a credit card then we will assume that you still want to reservation until it is cancelled.
